Negatives:
The communication between hotel and website, hotel staff and consumer and between hotel staff needs to be improved upon. I think the prices for everything needs to be more transparent like the price of the private parking is different if you just use the ramp vs the park pass that you can purchase at the hotel; it's 22 a day but that's if you just park your car and don't use it to run about unlike the $30 for a pass and then you can do whatever. The breakfast was really confusing to figure out I wasn't given a voucher at check in and the first day the breakfast staff didn't mention anything about a voucher just that breakfast isn't included in the room price, unlike my last day were the staff mentioned the voucher and the receptionist stated that you have to ask for the voucher since they don't just give it out when you check in (kind of annoying since I paid extra for the breakfast option). Couldn't find the fitness room at all (could really use a sign or something to let guest know where things are) and I got really annoyed that you need your room key to use the elevator, especially when I forgot my key in my room and that lead to me using the stairs that lead to the outside of the building and not the main floor.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff (front desk, restaurant, courtesy van driver).
Negatives:
Repair crew not helpful. There was a spotlight from a neighboring building which shined into my room and prevented me from sleeping. So I lowered the "blackout" shade. That was fine except that it would not go back up in the morning. I complained both mornings that the "blackout" shade would NOT go back up. Each evening when I returned, the the shade was up again but stuck again when I lowered it. This was only problem.
