I did not liked that the person that checked me in charged me again what I had already prepaid and said it was only for incidentals only. Had to make sure it was reversed. Still waiting for call or answer to my email from the hotel, 3 days laters.
Positives:
The appearance...both inside and outside, temperature control, gym have a great selection of machines and weights, room was very clean and comfortable. Supply of smokers ashtrays was placed on various benches outside.

The property is as pictured in the ads and everything was clean.
Negatives:
The front desk and cleaning staff were very rude. upon checking in the employee continued to rush the process like I was annoying her or she had something better to do. She also let us know that booking was overcharging us for the room. When we asked for extra towels we had to come get them because no one was bringing them to your room. when we agreed the housekeeper for help he asked about what we were still in the hotel part the checkout time and was reluctant to help. And for the price this location is horrible. its so far from everything.

There was hair on the shower wall .. The fridge didn't seem to get things very cold, there were parts of the trim missing in our room, water didn't get very hot, and water pressure was horrible. There looked to be mold on the lid to the ice container...
