Lots of towels and comfortable bed.
Negatives:
I have an issue with the fact that the automatically charge you for parking. I do not drive a car when I am visiting and noticed it on my bill and had to have them remove it. They should ask if you have a car at check in and then assign a fee, if necessary, versus making assumptions. I find it dishonest.
A better fruit selection would be a nice add. Bananas, watermelon, etc. When I was there, the bowl of whole oranges and apples was unappealing.

The original listing was included continental breakfast. Come to find out, it was not included. It was almost $16 per person.
Negatives:
When arriving at the hotel we had provided military ID and asked if they provided a veteran discount and they said yes, but we were not offered this because they said they were too close to being fully booked. This did not sit well because we are still paying for the room, fully booked or not. We also were in town for a funeral and my entire family had booked their stays here, we also had a code to receive a funeral discount and we were the only members of they family that were not offered the rate even when mentioning the code. The woman at the front desk had said she had seen the note the previous concierge had left for the manager and was very rude and said the manager had not been in yet and proceeded to tell me they will not honor it without the manager even being in yet.
