Clean and comfortable. We really did not spend much time in the hotel as we were there for a festival but the room served for what we needed.
Negatives:
You cannot swim alone, I prefer to swim alone and should be able to do so at my own risk should I choose without being fined.

The location was wonderful. Shopping within walking distance right outside the hotel door.
