Positives: The staff was super nice and the rooms were clean.

Negatives: The breakfast bar was lacking. I went to get breakfast about halfway through the allotted time and everything was picked over, the oatmeal was cold. I wanted to put raisins in my oatmeal but they were so old and dried out that they were hard and crunchy.

Positives: Nice and clean hotel.

Negatives: The $20 a day parking was ridiculous. This is not a downtown hotel near any attractions or in a garage for safety. This is 100% just sticking it to people. The parking lot was empty.

Positives: The room was larger than we thought it would be. The divided room with the sitting area was a nice touch for travelers. It was so nice we booked a second night.

Negatives: Kids running around. The hotel probably couldn't do anything about it, but it was annoying.

Positives: Breakfast is good. I love the orange juice and apple juice that they serve. The yogurt and biscuit are really good. I like that the gym is 24 hours. I like the free internet and like the overall stay at the hotel.

Negatives: I really hate that you all charge for parking now and $10 to park is a lot. I can understand if it was downtown but its not. I use to choose this hotel because there was no parking. I dont feel the hotel is worth all of that. This is will make me change my mind about using Hyatt place and go somewhere else.

Positives: Easy access to room. Good breakfast selection. Very happy with day shift front staff

Negatives: Bathroom door did not close without lifting toilet seat. No exhaust fan. Evening staff female had attitude. Paid parking required which was not listed when room booked several months in advance.
