Positives: The best thing going with The Red Roof Inn at Hurstbourne is its room cleanliness. There is no more.

Negatives: The facilities maintenance is awful. One can see outside from the inside through the entrance door. The bathroom walls near the shower were blistered from leaking pipes, leaking shower head (I informed the front desk) and potential mold in the walls. I cannot understand a business that relies on its customers for quality control. The obvious maintenance issues should have been caught and repaired by the hotel management, it's staff as well as the franchise ownership. It is obvious to me that no one there cares.
