Stairs could be a little noisy at times, but that's the individual in the next suite issues. other wise very quiet no street noise at all

I didn't like the fact that that you couldn't use online card for your security deposit or for payment because some people don't want to use their personal bank accounts at places like that so I think they need to update their policy on that

I would have liked a little bit more water pressure in the shower
