Positives:
Ease of check-in and morning front desk/breakfast lady.
Breakfast was decent.
Negatives:
I booked through Booking.com and paid for the entire stay ahead of time.
Checked out early, understanding there was no penalty for doing so, and was charged an additional almost $450.
Called the hotel to ask what happened and was told it was my bank holding the money, but I have worked several (6+) years at front desk in a Choice Hotel and I know how the check out process works and I know it was them that processed the charge to my card.
I have asked for them to release my money back to me and send me an email saying it was done and have not received an email or call or so much as an apology that this happened.
Not to mention the room was extremely small, there was fecal matter rubbed on the inside of the bathroom door, and I'm pretty sure my daughter's bed had some kind of bug in it. She woke up after the first night with several nasty bites on her body, arms, and legs.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel to any of my friends, family, or acquaintances!

Overly Frustrated!!
Positives:
Comfy beds, use keys to access door.
Negatives:
Key card didnt work for 1.5 days of a 2 day trip, requiring staff to let us in and out of room. Staff were super nice about it, but pretty inconvenient. Also trusting staff with our belongings, because they were going to fix it during our event...and arriving late at night and the keys didnt work, just felt a little off.
