Negatives: Charging for parking is absolutely ridiculous takes away from the charm and the free wine and beer.

Negatives: Most of the staff seemed friendly, but there were a couple who acted like it was a waste of their time to speak with us.

Negatives: the shower nobs hard to turn. floor was slick in place's and T.v. needs to replaced the picture was not good.

Negatives: There was a long line during checkin and one lady to check people in. Things were then rushed and not explained in detail. We didn’t know that housekeeping has to be requested the night before. Apparently there was a sign on the desk, which I had put my purse right on top of and not even noticed during checkin. This should be told, instead of reading. The second day after no one cleaned we asked and were told to request the day before, so we did. But then still no one came. We requested again and asked them to come at 11am or anytime after that, but they came at 8:30am and woke us up. We had to ask them to come back. We finally had a full service cleaning because we stayed longer than a week and that was fine. But in total they only came to clean our room 3 times during our 8 day stay. Additionally, the room had a very distinct odor to it. Not sure what the odor was exactly but I finally had to buy some Febreeze because I couldn’t stand it anymore. Parking fee of $10 a day was ridiculous. I’ve traveled all over the world and have stayed at many hotels, Airbnbs, VRBO’s, motels, and the like and have never had to pay for parking on top of the accommodation fee. That is ridiculous. Next thing you know, they’ll have us paying for using the elevator. For as much as we spent, I expected a cleaner and better experience. I’ve stayed with Staybridge Suites before but this one wasn’t exactly up to the mark we expected.

Negatives: Breakfast staff had the majority of the kitchen space blocked to restock prepackaged items. All of the warm food was cold, and there were no covers for coffee. I had to come back to the main desk an hour after check-in to get my ID, and credit card back. I had to pay for parking in a stand-alone property.

Negatives: We didn’t stay here and I never got any reminder email about a reservation there and therefore I forgot to cancel the reservation that I made several months ago.

Negatives: The free breakfast was terrible! Some of the room furniture was odd and impractical.

Negatives: Dirty bathtub. Uncomfortable bed.

Negatives: the ant problem in room 319 was quite bad and uncomfortable. Would recommend staying elsewhere in the louisville area. Also offering $75 shuttles (mind you, in the hotel van) PER PERSON paid via a personal venmo, cash app or cash was quite sketchy. Like.... is this even a hotel employee orrrrr??? $10 a night parking for the hotel parking lot was a charge that wasn't mentioned when booking as well.

Negatives: Pool wasn’t open

Negatives: Bath needs an update. Rug was a bit torn.
