Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

There to work during the Kentucky Derby. The staff was great, and location was exceptional. A little older and Hun more of an extended stay type for people. For our purpose of basically somewhere to sleep after working 15 hours, it was great.

good location. easy access. lots of stores and restaurants close by. bed was comfortable. staff was very friendly and helpful. easy parking.

the room was fine. just no kitchen pan/dishes or anything and you could tell oven is old and hasn't been used. presence of spider web on bottom of the oven. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. the toilet wasn't set right and was moving. the carpet was dirty. it's not a bad location but hotel could use an update. and it was overpriced but probably because it was derby week. the hallway also smelled like smoking although there's a sign that says no smoking within 100 meters of the door but there were always smokers right by the door.

Location was great! Staff was friendly & explained everything in detail & was very attentive! Liked the free coffee in the am.! Felt safe being there!
Negatives:
Room was ok but needed an update! Rug needed to be replaced very badly as there were stains on it & you needed footware to feel comfortable walking on it! Bathroom door had a large hole in it like it was punched! All in all it needs to be refurbished! Furnished & tables were very outdated!

Liked the kitchenet. Able to do some cooking. Staff friendly. Room placement on 1st floor. Yeah!! Thank you staff.

The side door on right side mechanism malfunctioned couldn't get in with some of my stuff after 3 tries. Had to get hotel staff and they saw the problem Had to use a rock to prop door open to make sure able to get in and out. Light bulb out in a lamp.
