Negatives: It smelled like cigarette smoke all the way through.. the carpets in the whole hotel looked dirty and had stuff all over.. the sheets were scratchy not soft.No bed bug zip up cover. but was comfortable.. the shower wasn't draining right the bathroom was very small no counter room.. no lamp and charging station on but one side of the bed.. looks run down really needs a remodel

Positives: Staff are friendly and down to earth! Hotel room was nice and clean. They are pet friendly. I'm disabled and everything was easy access and easily maneuvered!

Negatives: They were doing construction on the outside of the building and I couldn't use the side door, but they are just doing improvements!! It was no big deal!!

Positives: The staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were great, we over slept did not want to get up.

Negatives: There were some issues with the AC, bath tub dripping, handle on toilet loose, and sink slow to drain. Reported to staff . They were very helpful and would have maintenance now. So next people will not have same issues.
