Kind of sketchy surroundings. A gas station up the road was it. The 2nd Mt. Vernon exit on 75N is WAY better.
Room was …. Let me put it this way: usually the only time I ever sleep in a hotel fully dressed with shoes on is when I have a migraine. This was the first when I wasn’t sick. I didn’t want my bare feet anywhere near the carpet. The bathroom floor was SLICK and I don’t know if it was residue from a cleaning product or whatever was on the carpet.
I will not ever book this location or this chain again. I get the feeling most of the properties are horrid.
