The bed was way top hard. It caused my wife and I to wake up with severe back pains, and soreness all over rour body. We tossed and turned all night. I think you should offer the soft or hard mattress options.

I always stay at Hampton Inns and just like time for their consistency.
Negatives:
The receptionist had to let me in for security reasons at the given time. I greeted her and received no reply and just walked to the counter. I asked if there were any rooms available and no answer. Just terrible customer service. Super rude.

Facilities need a good spring cleaning and new carpet Invest in the updates. Its a great location.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Offering services without being asked based on their observations. Breakfast was good and there was nice variety each morning.
Negatives:
Closet missing one of its doors so couldnt actually close the closet. Refrigerator and microwave were off balance so it was awkward using them. The freezer door was missing and freezer did not keep food frozen. Microwave rotation tray was not right so running the microwave was very noisy (like hearing a dryer running with shoes in it)
