Negatives: There was nothing I didn't like.

Negatives: I liked everything.

Negatives: Our second night there the individual in the room right next to ours set off the smoke alarm by smoking marijuana in their room. This rudely woke us up. Upon my husband knocking on the door to see if they were ok a big puff of smoke and smell came from their room directly filling the entire hallway and affecting our room. The staff member took over a half hour to turn off the alarm even though we came to the lobby to tell them what was going on and told them that the person who had done this was walking out with all of their things. When they finally turned off the alarm she said that the smell was horrible and we agreed. They later admitted that she could have turned off the alarm sooner and that per her manager who she called, they would be putting a machine in the room where the alarm went off to clean the air and get rid of the smell. Not once were we offered to transfer to another room or to have our room cleaned by the same machine although our room was directly affected. The smell stayed in our room the entire night, and next day and night. This gave us miserable headaches and stomach aches. We will not be staying at this hotel again and are considering taking our business to a different hotel chain.

Negatives: Nothing thought it was amazing!

Negatives: Bed was not facing tv wall. Gravy at breakfast was cold. Only 2 bath towels

Negatives: Staff was rude and condescending. Room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been for them to not let us have an early check in.

Negatives: Promised block out curtains, they were designed to not close all the way. Front desk clerk told us there were no restaurants to go to after 9pm, WRONG! Promised hand held shower head and bench for shower, had neither. Room was freezing or hot depending on 1 degree difference on thermostat. Because curtains didn't close all the way the night time traffic headlights was like strobe light all night. Due to several of these factors neither of us slept at all. Funny smell in refrigerator. Breakfast was horrible, Biscuits hard as rocks, no eggs, just Spanish omelets. Coffee maker wouldn't turn on. Carpets were worn so thin they felt like linoleum. One more thing about the evening desk clerk, her answer to almost every question was "no". We weren't traveling for pleasure or business, the clerk knew that. We were there in Louisville for cancer treatment and stilled paid full price even though that was due to my fault at booking, but, there again, no, can't help you. No effort from staff to do anything except saying no.
