Close to the hospital my mom was in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice.

Their website states they have a restaurant but it is not open every day and when it is open it does not have food fresh cooked, just sandwiches, salads, pre- made desserts.

Manager was completely rude, condescending and unprofessional! The check in took 2 hours due to her unwillingness to to to facilitate a completely paid for stay through booking.com. Told me that it was my problem and not hers. After the company resolved the virtual payment transaction with me on the phone with them she shows up and says we got you honey enjoy your stay. The new hire trainee and I resolved the issue and no her! And I am not her honey! It is a shame that your new hire had to use her as a preceptor. After the double charge was deleted from our credit card the next day I had time to look back on the whole event and still feel she was a disgrace to the Holiday Inn establishment.
