It was overall clean and most of the staff were really nice and awesome.
Negatives:
When we got there the towels in tue rack has hair. The lady in the front desk was nice enough to give us new ones. When we tried to get breakfast, the lady who’s making the french toast was so rude that even my little daughter said the lady kept rolling her eyes.

Arrived late at the element The night clerk moaned and groaned during the entire check in Once in our room and showered we noticed the room had not been properly cleaned Dirty dishes in the sink trash in the cans etc Being it was late and we were exhausted we did not report to front desk the next morning we told the day clerk and all we got was an indifferent “ oh I’m sorry” Really? For over 200$ I expected my room clean
