Positives: The breakfast was very good, unfortunately I gained a pound or two! It was all good.
Negatives: The restaurant took advantage of me by OVERCHARGING ME IN FOOD BILL, GRATUITY AND OTHER UNKNOWN CHARGES. This was the worst! The restaurant manger agreed to charge me $403 which was for 6 10-ounce salmon dinners cut in half and 6 grilled chicken dinners. I asked him to make sure the chicken was not dry. Obviously he left and other people were given the task of preparing the meal and they could care less. The food tasted really bad. This salmon had no sauce. It was dry and the chicken was also extremely dry and they created some awful awful Soy sauce with lumps in it. That was so disgusting. None of the guest would eat it. It was so embarrassing but luckily I had went to Rouses and paid for a cake and ice cream and salad with dressing and I bought some chicken wings and they were able to eat that but unfortunately they still charge me $654 which I do want to complain about that bill because that was well over-charging and I signed for it under duress because my guests/family were being asked to pay the bill even though the restaurant manager ready stated it would be added to the room since I was a guest. I was not there because I was on my way back from Rouse supermarket with the extra items. It was so embarrassing. It was the worst! So I did not want this experience with the restaurant and the food to overshadow the great service. The staff gave me with the rooms so I do wanna compliment Edna the Engineer, and Shontell the housekeeper and the male tech who came in the hotel on his day off to ensure that I was made comfortable and everything was made great and it was!!!! They did an outstanding job! Their service and kindness and family friendly manner was the primary reason I tell me on my window go sit down. I don’t know what is wrong with you for what I don’t know what Andrew Is call him on the phone. a hotel stay in New Orleans at the Embassy suites unfortunately it was not the same experience, but that’s another story. Thank you.
