I reported that we had no air and that customer service was terrible. Property manger told me that he could not refund my money, due to me booking online. Stated I would have to contact booking.com to be reimbursed for pymt of 302.00. Also checkout was scheduled at 12 noon. Upon checkout day at around 7:45 housekeeper began to knock which woke me and my guest up when no one answered the knock she proceeded to come in, unlocked a the door and came in. This was the worse hotel stay. I reported each thing to property manger and also through here on the. Is timer service line. I have not yet been refunded my money that was promised. The front desk wasn’t very friendly and the elevators were horrible. One elevator got stuck with some people inside and they shut it down and the one beside it. Other two elevators on the other side were operational but extremely crowded due to the other two being shut down

We stayed 2 nights. When we returned to our room late after the 1st night, it was not cleaned. The bed was not made. Most of the dirty towels were removed while we were gone and only 2 bath towels replaced. The shower was somehow left slightly running while we were gone so water was spraying on the bathroom floor. It was soaked. We knew someone had entered our room and did not so much of a cleaning job. Only one partial toilet paper roll was on one holder while the other holder was empty when we arrived. That was never replenished and another thing we had to get from downstairs in addition to clean towels. Trash was never emptied.

I love how the rooms are facing an interior 'courtyard'. I love the sun coming through it. The rooms are big and well-equipped with everything one needs even for a longer stay.
