NO parking. We had to park on the street and carry/roll our luggage for blocks. RUDE staff to the extreme. When my hands were full, the "doorman" wouldn't open the door. The desk staff were as unhelpful as I've seen. The bartender was surly. The bathtub was dirty, rusty, and would not drain. Our room overlooked the Mississippi River, but the windows were so filthy, the view was distorted. Overall, the place needs to be updated, refurbished, completely overhauled, and most of all, CLEANED.
