The overall experience. Check in was at 3:00. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 and our room still was not ready. We waited in the lobby for another our before we finally got a room after by boyfriend explained his displeasure over the wait.

Wanted a balcony and paid for one. Did not get it. Wanted rooms ext to my kids. On 3 different floors. Did not get Hilton points since did thru booking
