Easy to get to from the airport
Negatives:
It was filthy! The sheets were clean and the shower was hot, but that's all. Moldy smell everywhere. looks like they haven't done the floors or the carpets in years. elevator was worse than the BART station in the mission district. Gee whiz. never again.

The outside trash was overflowing. Our room was not cleaned. (We stayed 2 nights.) I went down to the front desk to get clean towels and was told there wasn't any. We used hand towels to dry off.
Negatives:
The assigned room was over the cooking area down on the first floor. The staff played music a little louder than expected while preparing food for the morning. This was for both days during our stay.

Booked the room and drove an hour and a half to get there. Upon arrival they stated they were sold out. “The best they could do for me was to refund my money without any penalties and I would have to find a new hotel”. 4 days later still waiting on them to refund my money.

Did not stay due to being ill. No one answered the hotel phone out of the 23 calls made!

Customer service has to be poor when you can not answer a companies phone after 23 calls.
