It was very nice to be close to LSU campus. We loved the options of having 2 king bedrooms.

It could be updated & a bit cleaner. It is a bit outdated. We saw hairballs on the floor.

Roaches in the bathroom, no access to a water fill station, when you enter the building it has an odor that is attempting to be covered up by a better smelling odor, parking is terrible as the shops and restaurants below stay open late.

Be prepared for lots of teams of high schoolers. There is no recycling, you throw away every plastic spoon and polystyrene plate each breakfast.
