Negatives: To start, my family and I were evacuating from the hurricane, the site falsely advertised the room I reserved. Upon entering the property I was first told the room i have is still occupied and was offered another room I then asked to see the other room. When observing the other room I noticed it was extremely small compared to the “premium” room I reserved so I declined. I was then told I’d have to wait about 30 minutes before I checked in due to the room having to be cleaned. I was okay with that. When my family and I came back I was bought to room 103, immediately I noticed this seems off I was asked if the room was ok, I said ugh I guess, is this the room? He voiced yes, after he walked out I remembered our previous conversation about the room being still occupied , so I went back to the site to look at the room noticed it looked nothing like what I was given. I walked up to the reception area to ask very nicely might I add, hey where’s this room, showing the receptionist the picture. While doing so another guy walked asking me what’s the problem upon trying to explain and show him the picture he voiced I don’t want to see your phone. I said well how am I going to show you what I’m talking about? He then went on to tell me the room was recently painted that’s why it looked different, I then showed him the picture and said this is not the same room supposedly new paint or not he then stated you can get your stuff and get out, I said because I asked where is the room from the picture? Fine I’ll go but give me back my money now, if you want me to leave now with my family during a hurricane then give me my money . He then told me he doesn’t have any money for me I paid the site not him, in the mist of this my husband walked in asked what’s wrong I told him and showed the room he stated let’s just stay through the storm then we’ll leave I said I understand but he wants us out because I asked a simple question.

Positives: The only thing that I liked it was the price
Negatives: When checked in from booking online the man was rude he first told me $50 deposit and I had to tell him I booked online already for my room and he just gave me the two keys and just push them through towards me the smell down the hallways bad smell the whole entire hotel was not clean get in the room the two pictures on the wall have mold in there it was not the way it was of course not online false advertisement for pictures everything was booked in Gonzales Louisiana due to the storm so this was my last resort that I saw online that was reasonable price but was not expecting what to see whenever I got there they need a remodel the whole entire indoors building it's all very old the best was not comfortable at all need a very much upgrading on everything and the whole entire hotel
