The manager cancelled our 2 rooms without notifying us ahead of time , emailed @ 12:42 to call the hotel to update a credit card , called within 25 min, as we were flying at the time . She was rude on the phone , spoke over me , and said “ your room was released , and we arrived over sold “
2 rooms , we were with grandma coming for graduation ceremony .
The manager was extremely rude , disrespectful on the phone and hang up the phone .

Our son attends LSU and this spot is perfect to get to campus in a reasonable amount of time. I booked the room and neglected to add my wife to the reservation. The hotel could of denied her stay, but they went above and beyond to make sure she was added and had no issues during the stay. The staff is friendly and attends to anything needed.
Negatives:
There really isn't anything to dislike about this hotel. It has the pool, weightroom, and pool tables. It also has a self-service beverage/snack stand. They sell beer, seltzers and some wine, including sodas and an array or snacks.

Proximity to where I needed to be.

The hotel system was down for two days so didn’t have a key for my room. The individual at the front desk had to let me in and out my room and there were numerous times where there was nobody at the front desk so spent a lot of time sitting in the lobby waiting. Since hotel system was down I couldn’t use WiFi or gym when needed. I was also charged more for my room than what was agreed on booking.com. The hotel could not explain why this was the case. The hotel told me to contact booking.com and booking.com told me to contact the hotel to resolve this. So bottom line is I have been overcharged with documentation to support. I have always had good experiences with Hilton Tru and Booking.com up to this point.
