The staff was friendly

There was no hot water in the building. The staff new that when they checked us in and never told us. That is a safety and health issue. Completely unsanitary!
The manager the next morning mentioned that it was been 12 hrs before we checked in they knew the water didn't work and wouldnt be fixed for another day. We've been traveling 14 hours and no one could shower or clean up before the next 10 hr drive.
Your company should have informed all the guest and not taken any further reservations until the hot water was restored.

I have to travel to BR a lot for work, and CHOOSE to stay here over more expensive hotels for several reasons. The rooms are comfy, large and clean, steamer always works well, the free breakfast is super tasty (eggs, sausage, bagels, lots of options!) most importantly, the staff is just great, the receptionists are so friendly, and always ready to help, I have been supplied with toothbrushes and various emergency items, and even gotten to borrow a phone charger overnight when I was in a real pinch. Above and beyond service. I will keep coming back!

I love the comfort and the amenities of this hotel because you have everything you need. Snacks drinks which are very easily accessible as well as an amazing breakfast daily. The lobby in the rooms are designed with such great comfort and modern style. I slept wonderfully for two nights at this hotel.
