King size bed was horrible... Like you hippo wrestle on it. sort on towels had to share. other group with had no door on bathroom and one couple had no beds in room. Smelt like kitty litter walking in. Breakfast could of been better.

The first room I was given had trash and cigarette ashes all over, plus no sheets or blankets on the bed. The second room I was given had blood stains on the curtains. Then I was double and triple charged for my room and still haven't heard back from management about the situation.

Breakfast was gone before 8:00am. Paid pet fee of $40, was told on the phone refundable, but then told it was not. Phone in room did not work, lights in room did not work. Hanging smoke alarm. Pool needs a cover over the pool, it felt like a sauna, faced the road with a see through fence. No vending machines, coke machine, was told coffee was available 24/7 but it was not. Not a horrible experience but for it to be a pleasurable stay alot of little things need done.

It would be easier to say what I did like, than what I didnt like. I can provide numerous photographs to show you how awful of a property this was. At no point during the booking on the website did they explain extensive remodeling and repairs that are going on presently. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for booking customers into such a place and attaching your name to it.

Its under construction/renovation! I was NOT aware of this before arrival! Mess, noise, gym not available, RUDE , lazy, combative woman at the front desk, no toiletries in the room, burned out lights and broken shower handle and tub stopper, not a single water bottle to be found on premises, sad excuse for breakfast, I could keep going. horrible stay!
