I had asked why the temperature wouldn't go below 72. I was told the temperature in rooms were controlled till 8pm. For almost $300 a night, I want air-conditioning. Mattress was hard also.

The hotel is in a great location. It is roughly a fifteen-minute drive from the hotel for anyone interested in attending the annual Festival Internationale, held in the downtown area every April. It is also close to many shops and department stores as well as the mall, Barnes & Noble and plenty of restaurants and businesses on Rue Johnston. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant on the first floor serves great meals for breakfast and dinner; if you don't want to drive around looking for a meal after a long day. The bar is also a plus, serving a variety of beers, wines, etc. There are cafe tables on the hotel grounds where you can enjoy a cocktail on a sunny day.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is great and location is amazing. It was very clean and staff was great. Felt very safe there. Not to far from resturants. Pancakes were very good.
