Booked with booking.com for the pool but when I got there the pool was closed for renovations but it was not listed on the hotels website nor on booking.com. I asked for a refund and was told the cancellation fee was the price of the nights stay. I reached out to the property manager via email because I was told he was at a convention and never got a response.

Bathroom smelled, lots bugs flying around the bathroom and bedroom.
Found the Sheets stained when I pulled back the sheets to hop into bed.
Could not contact front desk at 10.45pm when I discovered the sheets before going to bed.
Complained in morning but didn't hear back from manager at all.
