Booked for 2 nights in September 2023. It was $113.73 for a “Standard King Room, Non smoking Renovated” including 12.45% tax.
+ Complimentary parking available on property
+ Bath tub is quite large
+ Housekeeping offered services every day
Negatives:
- Only 2 pillows
- Bedding is thinner compared to other Red Roof Inn locations (less layers too)
- Slow bathroom sink drain
- Unknown substance/stain on toilet lid upon check-in
- TV is complicated to turn on. It’s not a simple press of a button, on/off situation
- Room is smaller in size than other Red Roof Inn properties (specifically Red Roof Inn Hot Springs, AK and Red Roof Inn San Antonio - Airport, TX).
- A guest left their trash on the stairs at night and it was still there the next day, along with more trash.
The “Standard” King Room apparently doesn’t come equipped with a refrigerator or microwave.
The current cricket infestation in Louisiana has got us on our toes! We have killed endless crickets in the room, along with a spider and a roach.
I wish I could post more photos, but the new format doesn’t allow me to.

Staff. Stayed two nights, separate bookings but same room. Told me I trashed the room because I stripped the beds when I left. Did not return my security deposit because of this. That tells me they don’t wash the bedding.
