Negatives: the cigarette smoke smell in the room

Negatives: The daytime counter staff was unhelpful, but the Night Porter was accommodating and managed to get me checked in early. Despite booking a 7-day stay and requesting a non-smoking room due to smoke sensitivity, none were available at check-in, and the promised room never materialized. Additionally, the beds had flimsy plastic legs, and three of them broke within the first two nights.

Negatives: Your female night manager has a terrible attitude she was dismissive, rude , she look disheveled and was up all night on something!!!!!!! . She just didn't care When I came to her with issues about having no refrigerator the door not locking properly and the overall condition of my room she had no real response. when I asked her to check on my checkout day she told me the computers were down but when a customer came in directly behind me she was able to work her computer. I could not get the maintenance man to check on the rooms broken lock . By the dilapidated condition of the room there was no doubt in my mind. Your maintenance man must be extremely busy. This has affected his ability to effectively maintain the quality of the room. My room was horrible. It was sold to me as a non-smoking room but it had cigarette burn All along the tub on the kitchen table and my comforter on my bed . My room smelled like rotten eggs the filter on my air conditioner was extremely dirty when I first arrived I had no refrigerator . I had purchased around 90 dollars. I had no refrigerator eventually I did get a refrigerator . But it was too late to salvage my milk and all the meats I had purchased for the week. At one time this hotel was a pleasant place to stay . Now there were no furious characters making noise all night running in and out of the building and cars constantly driving in the parking lot speaking to people and driving out of the parking lot. It had the facade of a Drug Trap House . I know the Owners are people who care about their facility I choose to believe the economy and the harsh financial times for all , has made it extremely hard to maintain a reasonable level of maintenance on their rooms The room are horrible. I will assume Your female Grave Yard Manager and the Maintenance Man are so overworked they don't care anymore. I have stayed I recommended this hotel to my employer and my friend for years.

Negatives: It was dirty walked into room there was water dripping from the ceiling and a puddle of water on the floor and it smelled like mold. Did not even stay picked up my bag and left. Horrible.

Negatives: Smell of cigarette smoke, room wasn’t properly cleaned, dirty bed sheets and shower curtain. Noisy neighbors. Most of all the owners had a very nasty attitude! Will NEVER RETURN!
