Positives: I arrived at 10 pm after traveling with my husband & 2 small children..... we get checked in and attempt to get situated. At first there was no set of sheets for the pull out sofa... there was hair on the bathroom floor....pubical hair in the tub and last but not least bugs crawling in the bed & on the pillow. I took the pillow to the host to show proof and asked for a refund. She told me that I had to get a refund from the booking site. I called and explained my situation to a rep while getting checked in at a different hotel.. I asked for a refund...they said they would take care of it..this was on Aug 19th and I still have yet to receive a refund of any sort. I will not be using the site again....
