Nothing. The customer service were rude and unprofessional and scamming. They called to tell me that they will cancel my room if I don’t call back at noon because my credit card had a hold to prevent fraud charges for out of states traveling Transaction. I was on the road and couldn’t call her back with a credit card so thinking they will cancel the booking. Come to find out, they ran my credit card again at 1p and it went through but they don’t have the audacity to call me to let me know. Thinking my room got cancelled, I had end up sleeping in my car that night. This is very rude and unprofessional. They can call me to demand money and tell me they will cancel my room but they can’t call me to tell me the credit card went through and my reservation is still valid? What kind of rude and unprofessional business is that?

The staffs are very rude. A Danielle person call me to tell me that she will cancel the reservation at noon. I wasn’t able to call back since I was on road. Thinking it was cancelled, I didn’t check in. Come to find out, when got charged for the room. Spoke with the mgr Silvia and she was rude and didn’t bother want to help. Told me, I will be charged and no refund. I didn’t authorized your to rerun my card. Your didn’t bother to call me to notify me after you told me it will be cancel at noon if I don’t call back. Scam scam scam.. they will call you to demand money but they won’t call you to notify you if everything is okay and I still had my reservation. This is very unprofessional business.
