The closest had mold and was broken. I didn't unpack, afraid of getting mold on my clothes. Our first door fell off hinges when we opened door. So,the moldy room was given to us. I will post pictures.

Room was dark so it was hard to tell how dirty it was but bathroom was filthy! We were next to gym and right by pool, loud noice went off every minute all night long.

We wish there were a tour bus or shuttle downtown to French quarter area as we found it very difficult to navigate by car.

When we first arrived there was blood on the bed spread. Asked for it to be changed. They brought linens and a new spread but didn’t offer to change it. Also didn’t offer to discount the room or move us to another. Cleanliness could be better. Also there were no sheet etc in the room for the sofa bed. Had to request those as well.
