The standing water in the shower. it didn't drain. My daughter pulled hair out, which was clogging the drain. That was disgusting by the way.

The staff was nice. I did like playing basketball on their court. The mattress was nice and I loved the wet room style bathroom.
Negatives:
The sheets had ink stains.The breakfast was tasteless and dry. The texture of the eggs and the grits were poor. The rooms aren't sound proof because we hear everyone note from the stereo outside our window as well as guest in the hallway. Some kids also came and banged on our door and ran at night while we were trying to eat dinner together.

I paid $15 and $25 pet fee at La Quintas, Days Inn and Quality Inns for my small dog. I was CHARGED $75 BY Residence Inn. Almost the amount for the nightly fee of &135.
The pet fee is so inflated, I don't plan to stay at Residence Inn again when I take my dog. The other hotels pet fees are fair.
