Negatives: Chaotic parking and layout. Took me 15 minutes to find my room. Huge trucks racing around the parking lot.

Negatives: When I came in my room ! My pillows had mildew stains on them ! I called the office and they fixed it ! They need to fired the housekeeper that clean my room before I booked it

Positives: I wasnt told about no breakfast or time

Negatives: I didnt have a remote in my room when I arrived I couldnt watch tv the first night because front desk said nobody was there from housekeeping to get me one. That wasnt my fault every hotel I have stayed I always had a remote when I entered the room. I didnt like that the air wasnt cold enough and kept shutting off instead of just staying on .
