We checked in smoothly. Was handed our room keys & were told where to park closest to our room. I had my two daughters with me ( 7 & 9 ). We open our room door, the smell was awful. My child had to use the bathroom since we have been driving for a couple hours, she walked to the bathroom & turned the light switch on & immediately had a ROACH fall onto her. She started screaming, I turn all of the lights on & realized the entire room was infested with roaches. Not only that, but it was disgustingly filthy. There were live roaches crawling all over. There was even a roach on the nightstand table between the two beds. The tile floor in the bathroom area had someones hair on the ground, some change and dirt. Other than the bugs, They had many holes they repaired poorly. There was mold by the entry door by the wall panels that was coming off. The door was in terrible shape and wasnt very secure. Sticky stuff on the nightstand table, your shoes literally stuck to the floor when walking. We immediately grabbed our belongings & got back into the car. We told the front desk we are not comfortable staying here & would like a refund. That was about 8pm at night. We then had to frantically find another hotel with availability being another 25 minute drive away. I am extremely disappointed. The reviews seemed to be decent & I was highly deceived. As a mother of two young girls, it was a nightmare & I will never recommend this place. I

Anything was good love the service love the people the food enjoy to stay nice around it all in all it was just a good place to be

The Wi-Fi needs some improving it only works in certain spots you got to walk around trying to find a spot to get Wi-Fi I have to work from the housing it was hard getting Wi-Fi so I had to go outside sit by Wonder just need better Wi-Fi service
