Positives:
The location was great, very lose to everything.
Negatives:
Valet was unorganized. After leaving the lobby everything was dirty. Bathroom door didnt close. Mattress was so thin, just awful. The towels were paper thin. Never ever again!

I love the staff , they go above and beyond for all guest . They also make you feel so at home . This is the only place I stay at when I come to New Orleans.

Location and some of the hotel staff were very pleasant.

There was a rodent caught in a trap the morning after our first night stay in which my daughter saw running around the night before. She wasnt sure what she saw until we saw it caught in the trap the next morning. The staff took care of it immediately.

Hotel itself was fine but alarm was set off causing us to walk down 8 flights of stairs @ 1am My husband has a health condition and when we got out the back entrance back around to the main entrance the staff was standing there like nothing was going on

Staff at check in seemed aloof. Frats were in town on the weekend and noise from hallway made it hard to sleep in sofa bed. Also hotel looked trashed the next day dirty floors and empty cups in the elevator Had to speak with manager as original room was

Pillows were stained with some sort of purple solution on all 4 pillows, blood stain on sheet and a roach was crawling around

The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. Only one trash can in the room which s very aggravating. The elevator was broken and took a long time to get to the room.
