The staff was extremely rude to me and my friend who were staying. They double charged us and were short with us while we tried to resolve the issue. The only person who was kind was the manager. Ever other staff member was rude

Beautiful old hotel, nicely renn0vated a block from Bourbon St. We are 79& 83 & could easily walk to Harrahs & French Quarter. The doorman, was super & directed us to where we wanted to go. The breakfasts were different every day & good.
Negatives:
Bath towels were like sandpaper. Young lady tending breakfast bar seemed very unhappy & not at all a people person.

We liked the location and Kitchen area. The quiet floors and access to elevators, free breakfast, and nearby Eatery Mall.
Negatives:
We did not like the separate Bathroom and Vanity location in the room. No sink in bathroom to wash hands after use. We did not like the view from the windows.
