Front desk staff was pleseant as well as the concierge.
Negatives:
Never recieved refresh service for my room during my 4day stay. I had to ask for additional towels due to not being provided this service. Also the breakfast wasn't hot. I mentioned to the staff that there were knats flying in the bread container but they did not change or address the issue. I am a travel agent and I want to be able to refer clients. Lastly the valet parking need to be more helpful and help the customers get ludge out of car especially women.

Positives:
The location of this hotel is great, just at the edge of the French quarter, an easy walk to the main sights. The rooms were great, well appointed & exceptionally clean. Gym was also good. Friendly staff at checkin.
Negatives:
The price to park for two nights is $108, which we thought was quite expensive. We knew in advance, as it’s posted on the site. For guests of the property, parking should be offered at a reduced rate. NO is rather rough, so we just paid the price to avoid any problems. While the rooms and lobby are clean, the hallways are not, the carpets needed to be vacuumed. The same bits of dirt / debris that were there the first day on the 3rd floor were there the day we checked out, 3 days later.

Good location in the French Quarter, but not too close to Bourbon Street so it was quiet. Great facilities, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Really liked the in suite kitchenette.
Negatives:
A bit slow with housekeeping, but didn’t detract from our stay.

Location... a 5 min walk to the centre of the French Quarter or Canal Steet. Breakfast ... the tacos were a nice healthier option.
Guest laundry...was a great facility for us long haul travellers.
Dave the concierge . .was helpful with organising our trips to the plantation and walking tours.

The staff is beyond rude. No customer service and will go back and forth with you like they have no home training. The manager you will never see and he/she will never address the issue with the employees. So we can only assume that’s where they learned it from.
