It was our 1st year anniversary. The air in our suite wasn't working properly.
Was charged for smoking due to no air flow and candles and incense burning. Left number for management to call and have not heard back from them.

Front desk was professional and kind. Room was a good size and had a mini fridge and microwave. Very easy to access the French Quarter area downtown
Negatives:
Did not clean the room once over 5 days there. Bathrooms have no active ventilation only passive. Do not send the final receipt by email on check out.

The breakfast was so base didn’t have any optioned for meat besides one! Should’ve a least been two! Everything that was served was fatting nothing healthy it was basically bread for breakfast..

The hotel was not what I expected but close to everything within walking distance. The hotel was room was dirty the mattress had a read stains in it with a cover on top the water pressure in the bathroom shower n sink was so low…the sink water stopped up u had to wait on the water to go down before using it again. Then all the unexpected fees they didn’t tell me we had to pay for parking then resort fees was added not sure of why we was charged that but I paid it and just told myself never stay here again..
