Unless you specify, you will not get a coffee maker or house keeping. And if you do get house keeping, they won’t give you fresh towels or a bath mat and be prepared to have your toiletries thrown away.

I like that it had a pool on the rooftop. It was a clean hotel smelled good.
Negatives:
The lady in the front did not specify thing’s that were included or not included. We were told many different things that were not true. Also the cleaning staff did not clean the room until the day before we were to leave. We also didn’t receive toilet tissues until we demanded it. Also there was a water outage and we were not informed until others in the hotel let us know. The hotel was in a great location from everything however something’s just made it not worth our stay.

Positives:
The coffee bar in the morning was great! I also ate at the restaurant on the main level, which was very convenient. The lobby was comfortable. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Often times the door attendants were on their phones or talking to each other and didn’t open the door when I got there. Not that I expect doors opened for me all the time, but when the attendant is there, but not paying attention, it does feel a little frustrating. Especially because the doors are very heavy! So it was actually super helpful when we would come in from the rain or with our hands full that someone would open the door.
Also the first room that they put us in only had one window and the window opened up to face a wall that was about 3 ft away and there was hardly any sunlight. We requested to change rooms which they happily Obliged but The original room was pretty gloomy
Lastly no one cleaned our room after the second night which I thought was standard.
