Positives: The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, the shower and bathroom in general were very spacious. The housekeeping services were excellent.

Negatives: The roof pool and bar were not open for our entire stay and one lift was broken for our entire stay which meant it took a long time to wait for the lift. Taylor the receptionist wasn’t helpful at all, all other staff were excellent. We rang reception maybe 8 times and they only picked up once. The room was dark because there was only a lamp to light up the room, there is a light in the entrance but it doesn’t illuminate the bed area.
