Negatives: Double charged booking and not getting back to me to issue a refund. Has been weeks and I have made contact multiple times for an update. Would not recommend

Negatives: Was not given the room that was booked. Told it was going through maintenance and there was nothing that could be done. First encounter with staff was not great. Night staff lady was amazing. Manager apologized the next morning and put all of the notes in the system. Also stated that they are going through a change in ownership and still trying to work out all of the issues. May give it another try later down the way but not anytime soon.

Negatives: Elevator out of order with no notice. No wifi or cable with no notice. Room was extremely hot with no way to make it cooler. It was colder outside than inside. Some of the furniture was damaged. Staff was very unhelpful, laying on couch with feet propped up when we came into lobby. DoorDash order was delivered to hotel lobby, but when we went to pick it up, staff said nothing was delivered. We ended up getting another hotel for that night and the rest of our trip. Canceled our second night for a refund and never received after calling multiple times.

Negatives: The shower didn't have much pressure, room smelt a bit musty, broken light in the room

Negatives: It took 15 minutes to check in because he could not find the door codes and said I owed for my room even though I had verification my room was prepaid. We stayed in an apartment which was the building next door from the actual hotel. We had to call for the front desk worker to show us how to get to our apartment and he seemed so annoyed when he came to show us. He told us we were staying in 2B and gave us the keypad code. Once on the second floor there was a door that said A (with a keypad) and a door that said 2 (no keypad). When he finally came to the floor, he opened the door with the 2 and said see B, C, and D. If he would have said once on the second floor you will go through the door with the 2 you will find your room on that hall there would have been no issues. The restaurant and bar were not open, there was no breakfast, cold coffee in the coffee pot, and there is not parking (you have to park down the street in a paid garage or paid parking that is not related to the hotel). Our apartment was nice but not as pictured. There was a kitchen table and chairs in the living room area not a sofa. The bedroom tv did not have an antenna and we had to get the antenna from the living room tv to watch tv in bed.

Negatives: There were rats literal rats as soon as we walked into the door the rooms described on the website are NOT the rooms they have we were shocked when we walked into the room and it was the size of a closet the walls were brick and nasty the floor was disgusting and looked like a prison floor it smelled of mall balls and bug spray and the bed only had sheets no cover immediately upon walking in I requested a refund which was a inconvenience because it was extremely difficult finding a hotel last minute on football weekend I haven’t got my refund yet so we’ll see how that goes

Negatives: It’s wasn’t up to standard no drinking water and no snacks for sell bad Oder showers were like you in jail it’s need a whole lot of renovations

Negatives: The tv didn’t work the whole time I was there . No iron in the room, no ironing board and no microwave wave in the room
