Between Tuesday, Nov 26th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: I was always taught, if you don’t have anything nice to say… don’t say it at all!

Negatives: DON’T DO IT! Pictures are deceiving! What the pictures doesn’t show, is when you’re driving up to this facility, the area looks abandoned. I checked in with hesitation, looked at my assigned room, my family and I left, and found another room 21 miles out the way, and it was worth it. I should’ve known better than to book at Red Roof, as the old saying goes… you get what you pay for!

Negatives: There were a lot of big pot holes in the parking lot. The room spelled like cigarettes and mildew. The comforters had little brown spots on it. It was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The towels were even dirty asl.
