Room was relatively new. Unlike other reviews, did not see roaches or find evidence of them. Room was relatively clean and bed was comfortable enough. Hotels in Ruston tend to have issues, so compared to them, this was a fairly good stay.
Negatives:
Internet was very slow and difficult to connect to. Room walls were thin and carpet needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast was basic and common areas were hot and dirty. Old or broken room or building materials throughout.

They cancelled my reservation and are not responsive when trying to process my refund even though the staff told me that it would be taken care of.

Staff at front desk was awesome. All except one lady in kitchen she was mean she told the other lady that was working to take all the food up from our children because it was right at 9am. We were traveling and had to get off the road but she didnt care

Yes. Roach crawling and in my bed, son room had spider in his bed or a bed bug, never will use hotel again

I went to close the curtains to come to find out they do not close, so there is only the sheer curtains that are open to the pool area. I went to close the curtains, I found out on the backside of the curtains. There was look like mold, so I didnt stay a

The best part of this hotel was when I left, it should be demolished.

Impossible to list in only 255 characters. It was run down, musty, smelled bad, there were roaches, it was dirty, the elevator looked like it it was going to malfunction at any moment. When I got there to check in, I left and booked at another hotel.

good mattress and linens. Nice towels. new carpet. Good desk work area.no lighting for microwave buttons. Grounds unkempt. Will not stay here again.

EXTREMELY NOISY.Toilet seat not secured 2 toilet.2 remotes for tv,no explanation.Key card would not open exit from hotel once you were out.Building materials stored in stairwells. Breakfast,very greasy bacon, cold powdered eggs only decaf cof.

It was close to the 2 locations I was in town to visit. The price was reasonable and the employees were all very nice.

Only place in my room that I could connect to WiFi was by the hallway door. Not realistic to stand there so effectively no WiFi in the room. More importantly there was a dead cockroach in my refrigerator & another on the floor in the breakfast area.

The most I can say is that the cleanliness was a 6 out of 10 and the location worked for my needs.

I had a 3 night stay in this hotel. There was no television service in my room for the entire stay. Unacceptable. For 2 out of 3 nights, there was the strong odor of marijuana throughout the hallway. No one could address my displeasure. Breakfast was a 1.

The lady who served breakfast kept the area clean and stocked. She was the only good thing about this hotel.

Broken elevator. We stayed in second floor. When we walk in the lobby at 9 pm and 3 employees standing there at the desk and the lobby reeks of weed. Bathroom was disgusting and dirty wasnt clean from previous stays. NO TOILET paper in the room.
