The toilet was dirty with hair on it. Blood on the bedspread. No hair dryer in the whole facility. Only one washcloth for 2 people. Had to ask for a second. Only 1 small shampoo for 2 people, no conditioner. No greeting when checking in and were just told we "could go" after getting our keys.

We didn't do breakfast and the location was very good. The cleanliness and the staff were great. We were in a room, so it was roomy. I do not know how the regular rooms are. I was truly impressed.
Negatives:
We had problems entering the 1st room and had to change rooms, tv problems (remote control & size), which the attendant worked swiftly to try to solve, and the sink drainage was poor.
