The TVs were not working. There was alot of construction which made the hotel seem very junky for the price you pay. Ceiling tiles were missing and there was junky lining the hallways. Should have been a cheaper stay during the construction.

horrible staff and very rude. restaurant area poorly organized. For anything excuse is that we are under construction. If they can not provide reasonable service,shut the hotel and open when ready. There is no daily room cleaning unless requested.

Construction going on with no discounted rate. Both mornings, they slammed doors every 3-6 seconds, so we had to leave. A car was broken into. Someone hit our car and tried to break into both sides.

The rooms were very clean, bedding was soft. The location was good for what we needed, and the area seemed safe and a drama-free zone. The front desk lady was friendly, although she didn't give informative hotel info ex. checkout time, breakfast info, etc
Negatives:
When booking, nowhere on the site did it mention it was under construction. It did not list that the pool was closed, and so was the gym. You have to pay for breakfast, which we were not expecting, we just stayed at a Hilton elsewhere and did not have to.
