Positives: The staff were lovely - especially the overnight staff, Liz! She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had a microwave. Plenty of clean towels available.

Negatives: I felt the floor of the room was dirty. Also, as a celiac, there was not anything I could eat at breakfast except for yogurt. If someone does not have dietary restrictions, however, the breakfast was wonderful.

Positives: they changed my room to meet my needs. helpful staff.

Negatives: its an old hotel. it is renovated, but my shower had a hole in the pipe behind the showerhead and sprayed water all over the floor. The motel style wall a/c worked fine, but when it starts up it sounds like a jet airliner taking off,. Very loud. At one point my tV was taking over by someone else in the motel via airplay. I had to unplug it. The bed was comfortable, and I am very picky as I have a bad back. The breakfast, well I just had some coffee and it was good.

Positives: Bookiing.com gave this facility a rating of 9.8 out of 10. I should have known that was incorrect. The other sites gave it a 2.2 to 3.4 rating out of 10 after I had booked. It was to attend a funeral. It worked out. Thanks
