The location was good, although when we walked around the old town in the early evening it was completely dead with hardly any signs of life.
Negatives:
The room was not clean, with dirty marks on the carpets and around the basin. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were partly dislodged with a large hole. Overnight a cockroach appeared in the bath, which put us off using it! On checking out I mentioned this to the lady at reception and she was very dismissive. Breakfast was very basic.

Location was good. Front desk guy was great. He was the only one we saw manning the front desk in our 48 hour stay.

Room was filthy. My wife cut herself on the bed frame. The beds werent comfortable.

Location to what we were in town for. And the young man at the front desk - was FANTASTIC. I give him a 5/5.

We came as a group. The first room I was given , the door did not shut nor lock. Another room had a leaking fridge all over the floor and mildew smell throughout . Ultimately our entire group was uncomfortable and left for another hotel nearby.

My room was booked all the way in the back of the property I would of thought I'd be booked in closer to the front lobby since the hotel wasn't fully booked. The light switches didn't work, only the light lamps.
