Positives:
Do not like continental breakfasts at all because the food is always poor quality. It looked precooked. I would rather have a sit down breakfast of freshly cooked food.
Negatives:
It was pre cooked food... or it looked like it. You should offer freshly cooked food that the staff cooked or offer just fruit, toast/bagels with toppings and cereal.

Our ADA handicap room was very comfortable and roomy enough for my wheelchair. We were given a shower chair to use which was a life saver as the tub was a step-in style. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast offering were amazing. The location was close to many things.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice location.
Negatives:
After check in, I found out wrong card was use by staff, when I request for another card to be used. Which was fine, but two days in a roll at 2am my card was charged 180.00 and then 175.00. Both times I asked the front desk regarding it they said my parents room was paid it was not them and could not explain it. But it shows their hotel. I left a day early then my family. The next day at home at 11am I get a call from hotel that my parents room was not fully paid for and I need to pay 175.00. There was a mistake in how she registered and set up the rooms. This the same person I asked about the room when I was there. Later on my bank called and I found out I was hacked. So no not a relaxing.
